/setup
Configure your shop's vouch channel, mode, name, colour, logo, and optional role restriction. This is the first command to run after adding the bot.
/overview
Shows your current shop name, vouch mode, vouch channel, cooldown, and logo in a clean embed.
/configure_dm
Turn automatic DMs on or off, and customise the message sent to customers after they vouch.
/config_instant_role
Automatically give a "Verified Buyer" role to anyone who leaves a vouch.
/config_loyalty
Reward loyal customers with roles when they hit vouch milestones. Supports two tiers.
/config_cooldown
Prevent spam by requiring a wait time between vouches from the same user. Default is 5 minutes (300 seconds).
/export_vouches
Download a JSON backup file of all your server's vouches. Great for safekeeping or migrating.
/restore_vouches
Re-posts all your vouches from your Kreds account into the vouch channel. Works even if you've lost your old server — your vouches are permanently saved to your Kreds account, not just Discord. No old server ID needed.
/vouch
Leave a review for the shop. Only available in Command Mode. In Channel Mode, just type your review in the vouch channel instead.
/stats
See the shop's total vouches and number of unique customers.
/leaderboard
Display the top 5 most loyal customers ranked by number of vouches left.
Customers type their review directly in the vouch channel. The bot deletes the original message and re-posts it as a clean embed. Attachments are watermarked automatically. This is the simplest option for most shops.
Customers use the /vouch slash command from any channel. The vouch appears in the designated vouch channel. Gives more control over where users can submit vouches.
Shops earn verified badges as they collect more vouches. Badges appear on shop pages and in search results.
